Historical Notes: Ted Ashley led the BHS Red Raiders with five TDs and three PATs for a total of 33 points on the season, good enough for second best on the Cape that season, just behind Jo-Jo Sorenti of Bourne (39). Howie Bearse was fifth best on the Cape in 1950 with 28 points: four TDs and 4 PATs. Paul Thomas rounded off the scoring that year with two TDs.
