Barnstable High School Football 1968

Historical Notes: Versus Dartmouth on the road, quarterback and team captain Peter Auger rushed for three touchdowns and passed for another three, including a 54-yarder to Don Houston. Auger also intercepted a pass and returned it 38 yards for a TD. By 11-2-68 he had racked up 7 touchdowns on the ground, individually. The win on Turkey Day was head coach Daubney’s first win over Falmouth and the Red Raiders’ first Thanksgiving Day victory in five years over the rival Clippers.
